By accessing or using NavoSwap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

NavoSwap provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service that enables users to swap one cryptocurrency for another. We facilitate the exchange process through third-party liquidity providers and do not hold or custody user funds beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NavoSwap. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

• You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses when creating swap orders. NavoSwap is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
• You must verify that the receiving address is compatible with the selected cryptocurrency and network.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.

Once a swap order is created and a deposit is sent, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled. Exchange rates for float-rate swaps may fluctuate between the time of quote and transaction completion. Fixed-rate swaps lock the rate for a limited time window.

Minimum and maximum swap amounts apply to each currency pair and are displayed at the time of order creation. Deposits below the minimum amount or above the maximum may result in loss of funds.

NavoSwap charges a service fee that is included in the exchange rate displayed to you. Network transaction fees (gas fees, miner fees) are separate and are deducted from the output amount. All applicable fees are reflected in the quoted amounts before you confirm a swap.

Swap orders have a time limit for receiving the deposit. If no deposit is received within the allotted time, the order will expire. NavoSwap is not responsible for deposits sent after an order has expired.

Sending funds to smart contract addresses may result in permanent loss of funds. NavoSwap provides warnings when a smart contract address is detected, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure the receiving address can accept the specified cryptocurrency.

Partners who register for an account agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and API keys. Partners are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

NavoSwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

NavoSwap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavoSwap shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, network issues, or blockchain congestion
• Exchange rate fluctuations or slippage
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Actions of third-party exchange providers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service (excessive API calls, scraping, etc.)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

All content, branding, and technology associated with NavoSwap are owned by or licensed to NavoSwap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

NavoSwap reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of NavoSwap shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
